To delete your account, please send an email with the following content to the address below.

*Please replace {at} with @ RE: Request to Delete Account Body: Please include your name, registered email address, telephone number and birthdate.
*This process takes about 2~5 working days."
- When I enter my email address, there is an error with the registration.
- There is a possibility that your email address has been used already, or there is a mistake with the format. Please use another email, or check the input again.
- I have not received the email for registration.
- There is a possibility that the email has gone to the spam folder. Please check your spam folder or add SCRAP's domain scrapticket.jp to your approved senders list and register again. There may also be a possibility that there is a mistake in the entered email address. Please redo the registration from "Confirm Email Address". You can do that here.
- I have not received the email for the completion of registration.
- There is a possibility that the email has gone to the spam folder. Please check your spam folder or add SCRAP's domain scrapticket.jp to your approved senders list and register again. About Bookings
- Can I change or cancel my ticket?
- Once you apply, you cannot change or cancel your ticket. If you choose to pay at a convenience store, please note that the application will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not confirmed within 3 days after the application. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to a natural disaster or circumstances of the event sponsor, we will contact you for a refund or a substitute.
- I want to check whether my bookings have gone through.

- What is "priority booking for members"
- This is a booking system limited to members of the SCRAP Fan Club, the SCRAP Detective Club, by which tickets can be booked earlier than the release date. Once the capacity has been reached, bookings will close and there may be a possibility that public sales would be cancelled. For more information, please check out the SCRAP Detective Club Homepage. - Is there a waiting list for events/games that are fully booked?
- Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting list. Please pick another timing for your preferred event.
About Payment, Pick-ups and Event Day
- What credit cards can be used?
- The following cards are accepted.

- How do we enter?
- Please show the staff at the location the "Confirm Entry" page from Booking Details. The staff will then process the ticket from that page using your smartphone or tablet. For those unable to display the "Confirm Entry" page, please print out the tickets and bring it to the entrance.

- What should I do if my friend is coming separately?
- You can use the "Send Ticket to a Friend" function from My Page. Please take note that once tickets are sent, they cannot be returned. As such, please make sure to enter the correct email address and the number of tickets to be sent.

- I bought a group ticket for 6 people and I want to send one of the tickets to a friend. Is that possible?
- Unfortunately, a group ticket cannot be sent separately. Please enter with all group members present.
- I might be late for the event/game.
- Please discuss with the respective locations beforehand. You can find the contact information of each location from the SCRAP homepage.

- I would like to enquire via phone or email. What should I do?

Regarding member registration and confirmation of bookings, please make the enquiry in person. We seek your understanding if the phone line is engaged. Please try again at another time.
- How do I logout?
- Please click the logout button from My Page. Access My Page here.
- I want to unsubscribe from the mailer.
- Please login to My Page and change the settings via "Edit Account Info".

Please note that confirmation emails and cancellation notifications will still be sent to your registered email address.
- If an event/game is cancelled, what happens to the tickets?
- We will send an email regarding the process for a refund or a change of booking to your registered email. Please follow the instructions in the email and select either a refund or a change of booking. If you select refund, for those who payed by credit card, the payment will be cancelled.
- I want to resend the confirmation email.
- Unfortunately, emails cannot be resent but you may confirm your booking via My Page > My Bookings.
